Koalas live primarily in the blue gum groves of southeastern Australia, thriving in a climate that is relatively moderate. These adorable marsupials devote much of their day reposing in the canopy, eating almost exclusively gum greens, which are poor in nutrients and require a significant amount of effort to digest.
